A perfect bagel! Meets everyone's dietary needs. Amazing crisp, chewey bagel. I had a rosemary bagel with this wonderful maple vanilla cream cheese that was so ooey gooey! Daughter had marble rye with a vegan cream cheese! Was most definitely worth a drive to this nostalgic location. If you love bagels, dont miss it!

Tried Humble Bagels today for the first time. Bagels are way over priced. I paid over $8 for 2 small bagels with no smear. The bagels taste good but not worth the price. There are other bagel places in town that are just as good and cost 1/2 the price.

I’m all fired up over the vegan lox at Humble! Delicious bagel and even tastier toppings! We all know the location has top notch service, quality food and good parking. If I lived closer I’d nosh my way through the whole menu! Thank you for your great vegan and vegetarian options!

Saw it on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives last night and went today. Was exactly as described! Guy was right! Delicious and unique. Will definitely go there again! Next door is a Mexican place with a bar, it’s surrounded by food trucks, and there is an arts and crafts fair with live music. It’s pet friendly and there is something for everyone!

We heard about this place on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives and decided to visit while in Gainesville. The food did not disappoint! I love lox and bagels but decided to give the carrot "lox" bagel a try. I got it with the rosemary salt bagel and 3 olive cream cheese. It was nothing short of amazing. First, it smelled like lox. Don't ask me how that is possible. The carrots did not taste like carrots but approximated the flavor of lox. It wasn't exact, of course, and the texture was slightly crunchy but much softer than I expected from a carrot. There was so much flavor everywhere that I only got maybe one bite where I could really taste the cream cheese, but it was quite good, and the olive flavor was just right. The bagel had great chew and was the perfect backdrop for the sandwich. This is not, however, first date food. I'm not sure I can remember the last time I got that messy eating a meal. The spices are in oil and they stick everywhere. I had them all over my lips and even on my cheek. I am usually a very neat eater. So just be prepared for that!
